The highly specialized dense restoration pad is perfect for heavy correction problems or troubled areas. Combined with its ideal size for the FLEX and Porter Cable machines and its slow rate of absorption, its unique dense quality keeps the product in the pad which guarantees even spreading. Its construction distributes the heat created through friction evenly which reduces overheating and chances of burning your finish. Unlike some pads that are thinner, all our machine pads will give you more than enough padding so you won't have to worry about the backing plate damaging the surface. Additionally, our thicker pad is a very important quality because of the pressure needed when using a medium to heavy compound. This pad should be used with our Paint Prep Cleaner Polish.
